WHITE STAR SERVICE: Pick-up @ our restaurant in Alameda - no additional charge.
BLUE STAR SERVICE: Drop off to your event. Food will be delivered hot and ready to serve in disposable hotel pans. The buffet table and all serving utensils are to be supplied by the contracting party. Fee is dependant on mileage.
RED STAR SERVICE: Minimum of 50 guests.
GABC will provide the buffet table
and/or grill (if not provided by the
park/facility), serving utensils, chaffing dishes and sterno to keep the food warm during the serving
period - one (1) hour, set-up and clean-up of buffet table and prep area, and buffet attendants to serve your guests. Leftovers will be wrapped in disposable containers for you to take home.
Price for
Red Star Service is calculated on # of guests in
your
party, whether or not a grill is
required, location of party (distance needed to
travel), number of items to be
served, etc. Additional fees
will be charged for parties
with a serve time longer than one
hour or if other services are
requested, parties with items rented
by GABC, or should clean up of the
hall and guest tables be required. GABC is not responsible for set up, break down or return of
any items not brought or rented by
GABC.
